When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was a towel with hair on it, which immediately set a poor impression of cleanliness. The dust filter in the toilet room was also completely matted with dust to the point that it was not functional. On top of that, the air conditioning situation was very frustrating. On warmer days, I would wake up drenched in sweat, only to be told by reception that the AC only operates when the outside temperature falls above 23 degrees; a very odd and impractical system for guests’ comfort. Highly misleading as well for what the hotel advertises. While I will say the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed clarification, these issues significantly spoiled the overall experience. For the price and expectations, I felt let down and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Very satisfied with the price-quality ratio of the hotel. A new modern hotel in the modern district of Vienna, near the metro station (approximately 10 min by metro from the city centre), shopping centre is also nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. There is no fridge in the rooms, but you can ask reception to store your food. My room had a transparent door to the shower, and I don't know if it darkens (w/o any extra doors to the bathroom area).

房間雖然不大，但設施齊備，佈局合理，乾淨整潔，還提供一大瓶礦泉水。位置雖與主火和老城區都有一些距離，但勝在安靜，而且與直抵老城區的U3車站步行6分鐘可達，就非常方便了。還有就是早餐特別豐盛，供應時間也很長，非常好

Nice room with decent amount of space. Located at Gasometer and only a 3 minute walk to the U-bahn station. City centre can be reached from there via the U3 line in just 15 mins.

Purtoppo, per la mancanza di educazione da parte di alcuni ospiti che sbattevano le porte, parlavano ad alta voce e camminavano ripetutamente avanti e indietro, sono stato svegliato alle 2,30 di notte circa e non sono riuscito a chiudere occhio. Ho dormito solo 3 ore! Molto probabilmente queste persone dovevano prepararsi per andare via dall'hotel. Tanto è vero che alle 5 non si sono più sentiti. Con disappunto ho deciso di rivestirmi perché ormai non riuscivo più a prendere sonno ed ho fatto il check out non senza aver fatto presente dell'accaduto alla signora dell'accoglienza. La persona era dispiaciuta dell'accaduto e si è scusata Lei per le persone ineducate!

Отличный отель за свои деньги. В номере есть чайник, кофе, чай, вода. Станция метро в 5 минутах ходьбы. Завтрак хороший и разнообразный по приемлемой цене 18 евро. Мне очень понравился матрац, жёсткий и удобный для спины. Душ, туалет удобные. Персонал приветливый.

Wonderfully efficient, gave two big bottles of water complimentary, staff also gave me a chocolate wafer for « the journey home » Very kind, and fast. Check in was done in minutes. They provide free guidebook for the city at the reception too. Room was spacious and warm. Bath room was great, hot water did not run out. Very clean.
